Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Given expected demand, there may be a longer processing time. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact info@lakewoodwax.com for a status update. Currently, there is no expedited shipping. 

The processing time above does not include the time in transit. Typically, USPS priority mail takes 1-3 days while UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your package is en route. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, products are not eligible for returns. Lakewood Wax Co. carefully inspects all products before they are shipped. Given the type of products sold, no used products will be replaced or refunded. However, we will replace products that are damaged beyond use if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 5 days of delivery.  If you have receive the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered.
